The service
Propi provides AI-assisted proposal generation, sharing, tracking, and related billing features. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for content you create or upload. Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
Plans & credits
Paid plans and credits are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Studio seats and shared credits follow the limits described in the product. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of your briefs, proposals, and branding. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content so we can provide the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific close rates or outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
