Propi("we", "us") helps agencies and freelancers create, share, and track client proposals. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account details (email, name) when you sign up
- Proposal content and agency branding you upload
- Billing and subscription data via our payment provider (Dodo)
- Usage data such as proposal views on share links (open/read tracking)
- Basic product analytics to improve reliability
How we use it
We use your data to run the product, process payments, send transactional emails, improve Propi, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share data with infrastructure and payment providers only as needed to operate the service (for example Supabase for auth/database and Dodo Payments for checkout). Shared proposal links are accessible to anyone with the URL.
Your choices
You can update profile details in the app, request account deletion from Profile, or contact us at sahil.codie@gmail.com.
